Blueberry | Concentrate

Smooth and thick texture, with rich and vibrant purple color with a mellow sweet flavor and earthy undertones which are ideal as a standalone puree or working as an accent to blend with other fruits/berries. Concentrates are generally thicker, 4-6 times sweeter with 4-6 times flavor impact with an exaggerated and deeper color. Individual fruits may vary.
