5 Gallon Bag in Box
Our 5 gallon bag in a box is our most commonly used package. The aseptic bags weighs 45lb. A full pallet contains a total of 48 bag in a box weighing a max of 2400#.
As our most commonly used package, our 5 gallon Bag in a box is the most versatile disposable option. This packaging allows for flexibility when a customer cannot utilize totes due to space restriction and volume requirements.
50 Gallon Bag in Fiber Drums
Our 50 Gallon Aseptic Bag in Fiber Drum is a top filled and top unloading packaging system. The maximum capacity is 500lbs per drum and a pallet contains 4 units.
In order to utilize this packaging system a pump is required. A tube is placed into the drum and the product is pulled into the customers processing system.
220 Gallon Tote
Our 220 gallon tote fits perfectly on a standard 40”x48” pallet with absolutely no overhang which prevents damage during handling and shipment. With this patented FruBrew package we reduce product waste (saving money), time with using a pump system, eliminates re tapping more than once due to the size, saves space as it is completely disposable post with a gravity fed discharge.
Shipping
We work with almost every type of transportation method available. Though experience and research we have found the LTL delivery method is the most cost efficient method for getting packages moved across the USA for large orders.
We also have the ability, based on customer choice to ship product FedEx or other methods but the shipping cost can get out of hand.
