Fruit, Purees, Concentrates
Frubrew's quality control personnel oversee every pound of product we produce. Manufactured products are evaluated against previous production runs and R and D controls to confirm consistency from batch to batch.
Frubrew oversees all fruit at the source. We send our Technical Services Manager to the fields to supervise each fruit pack. This guarantees that the fruit is packed to our specifications which far exceeds USDA Grade A requirements.
Our library of fruit is extremely vast and for the most part we have inventory or access to the majority of fruit grown throughout the world.
Our fruit is primarily grown and packed domestically with some exceptions, mainly exotic/tropical fruit that call for that climate and which are grown in the tropical regions.
Conventional is our straight Puree and Signature Blend Puree is a formula that FruBrew R&D has created to mimic and/or enhance a straight puree using a blend of TTB approved flavor’s, small amount of sugar and citric or ascorbic acid. These are typically 25-30% more economical and have higher Brix allowing for lower usage levels in your formulation.
Commercially sterile. Superior consistent flavor and color.
