Tart Cherry has a deep red color and intense flavor profile which is highly tart, with a distinctive tang that is balanced with a natural sweetness. The Puree retains the bold and sour characteristics of tart cherries, making it versatile with many styles of beverages. Signature blends are economical properitary formulations which mimic a straight puree, with a slightly sweeter profile. They could be 15% to 30% more economical.
