Has a beautiful vibrant red color with a smooth and thick texture that provides a beautiful mouth feel. The flavor is refreshing and fruity with a hint of natural sweetness, but less sweet then other berries. Signature blends are economical properitary formulations which mimic a straight puree, with a slightly sweeter profile. They could be 15% to 30% more economical.
