It has deep rich color, carries sweet and tart notes with a rich and deep berry taste. Has a distinct intense flavor which is slightly sweeter than blackberries but less tangy than red raspberry. It has a juicy and jammy like consistency. Signature blends are economical properitary formulations which mimic a straight puree, with a slightly sweeter profile. They could be 15% to 30% more economical.
