Black Currant | Signature Blend

Black Currant puree has a rich and intense flavor that is both sweet and tart. It has a distinct and slightly tangy tast that is often described as a comination of blackberries and grapes. The profile is complex, with notes of sweetness and slgightly acidic undertone making it refreshing and slightly tart. The color has a deep dark purple hue which can be vibrant and intense, perferct for mixing with many beverage applications. Signature blends are economical properitary formulations which mimic a straight puree, with a slightly sweeter profile. They could be 15% to 30% more economical.
