Apple has a smooth and sweet flavor that captures the essence of fresh Apples. They are naturally sweet, with a hint of tartness that varies depending on the variety of apple. Generally, it has a pale to medium yellow, but this can also vary from pale yellow to a slightly greenish hint depending on the variety and reigon that the apple is grown. Signature blends are economical properitary formulations which mimic a straight puree, with a slightly sweeter profile. They could be 15% to 30% more economical.
