Mango (Alphanso) | Concentrate

Is many times thought of as the most versatile and most preferred Mango variety based on its rich and sweet flavor that is strong and pleasantly aromatic from start to finish. Alphonso Mango has a vibrant orange color with a creamy smooth texture which is easily pureed due to is soft and delicate texture. Concentrates are generally thicker, 4-6 times sweeter with 4-6 times flavor impact with an exaggerated and deeper color. Individual fruits may vary.
